David
Westcott, Principal: Dave has held an Agent and Broker license
in New York State since 1987. After graduating with a
Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Geneseo, he was hired by his father
to infuse fresh ideas into the established and successful
agency. David is a member of the Amherst and Greece Chambers
of Commerce and volunteers his time with the Delaware Soccer
Club, Amherst Soccer Association, Amherst Youth Basketball and
Central Amherst Little Leagues.
Charles
Pace, Business Development Specialist: Chuck is
the newest team member, he is responsible for identifying and
securing new clients. He has an extensive and successful
background in sales and marketing, as well as the mortgage and
banking industry. He is a graduate of Buffalo State College
and holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Management
Marcy
Humnicky and Theresa Bryan, Customer
Service Representatives: Marcy and Theresa provide the backbone for
the agency’s excellent customer service. Marcy is a licensed
agent and has 11 years of experience in insurance. Theresa
has worked in customer service for almost 20 years.
Roberta
Gertin, Administrative Assistant: Bobbie has been with
the agency for over 20 years. She is an experienced,
friendly and familiar voice and face for our clients, and
invaluable in maintaining the personal relationships we have
developed with our clients.
Lynn
Westcott, Agency Consultant: Lynn holds a Bachelor
of Science degree from SUNY Geneseo and a Master of Business
Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
She has over 13 years of experience in the not-for-profit
sector and currently holds a position in the Development
Department of one of the largest human services agencies in
Western New York, specializing in fundraising and community
relations.
