It is always a good idea to contact our office prior to filing a claim with your insurance carrier.  After consulting with us, you may have to call the carrier directly. However, we can provide the best advise on how to initiate your claim.  Our office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.  After hours, Dave Westcott can be reached by cell phone at 716-510-2513.  Please remember, after hours, you may reach a voice mail.  Please leave a detailed message and Dave will return your call as soon as possible.
